1. Introduction

AInfluencer ("we", "us", or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information when you use our AI video generation platform. By using AInfluencer, you consent to the practices described in this policy.

2. Information We Collect

Account Information: When you register, we collect your email address and authentication information through Google OAuth or email and password. We do not store your social media passwords.

Social Media Connections: When you connect your social media accounts, we receive OAuth tokens that allow us to publish content on your behalf. We never access your private messages or personal data beyond what is necessary for publishing.

Usage Data: We collect information about how you interact with the Platform, including selected niches, generated videos, publishing schedules, and feature preferences.

Voice Samples (Optional): If you use voice cloning, we store a 30-second voice sample to generate your AI voice clone. This data is encrypted and used solely for your voice generation.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve Platform services
  • Generate and publish video content to connected social accounts
  • Process payments and manage subscriptions
  • Send important service notifications and updates
  • Provide customer support and respond to inquiries
  • Analyze usage patterns to improve our AI models and features
  • Prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access

4. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data:

  • Token Protection: OAuth access and refresh tokens are encrypted by AInfluencer before database storage
  • OAuth 2.0: Social connections use provider authorization; we never ask for or store your social-media passwords
  • Secure Infrastructure: Application and database services are hosted by Vercel and Supabase
  • Access Controls: Tenant-scoped database rules and server-side ownership checks restrict access to account data
  • Transport Security: Public application and API traffic uses HTTPS

5. Data Storage and Retention

Generated Content: Videos and associated assets remain available while needed to provide the service or until they are deleted, subject to provider storage limits and legal obligations. Account Data: Personal information is retained while your account is active. After a valid account-deletion request, we delete or anonymize account data unless specific records must be retained for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or billing obligations. Custom Voice Data: Voice-cloning information is treated as account data and can be included in a deletion request.

6. Data Sharing and Third Parties

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share only the minimum necessary data with:

  • AI service providers used for scripts, voice synthesis, and visual generation
  • Secure payment processors used for subscription billing
  • Vercel for hosting and Supabase for database and authentication
  • Authorities when required by law, regulation, or legal process

7. Google and YouTube User Data

When you connect a YouTube channel, AInfluencer requests only the Google permissions needed to identify the channel, upload videos you create or schedule, read channel and video metadata, and retrieve YouTube Analytics metrics such as views and watch time.

We use Google user data only for user-facing publishing and analytics. We do not use it for advertising, sell it, or use it to train generalized AI models. OAuth tokens are stored securely and used only by server-side publishing and analytics services.

You can revoke Google access at any time from AInfluencer Settings or your Google Account permissions. Disconnecting stops future YouTube API access. Our use of Google API data follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use requirements.

8. GDPR Compliance (EU Users)

If you are in the European Union, GDPR gives you the following rights:

9. Cookies and Tracking

We use essential cookies for sessions and authentication. We may use analytics cookies to understand interaction with the Platform and improve services. You can control cookie preferences in your browser.

10. Children's Privacy

AInfluencer is not intended for users under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Contact us immediately if you believe child data was collected and we will delete it.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy. We will notify you of significant changes by email or through the Platform. The date at the top shows when the policy was last revised.
