AInfluencer (“we”, “us”, or “our”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information when you use our AI video generation platform. By using AInfluencer, you consent to the practices described in this policy.

2. Information We Collect

Account Information: When you register, we collect your email address and authentication information (via Google OAuth or email/password). We do not store your social media passwords.

Social Media Connections: When you connect your social media accounts, we receive OAuth tokens that allow us to publish content on your behalf. We never access your private messages or personal data beyond what is necessary for publishing.

Usage Data: We collect information about how you interact with the Platform, including your selected niches, generated videos, publishing schedules, and feature preferences.

Voice Samples (Optional): If you use our voice cloning feature, we store a 30-second voice sample to generate your AI voice clone. This data is encrypted and used solely for your voice generation.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve the Platform services
  • Generate and publish video content to your connected social accounts
  • Process payments and manage subscriptions
  • Send important service notifications and updates
  • Provide customer support and respond to inquiries
  • Analyze usage patterns to improve our AI models and features
  • Prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access

4. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data:

  • Encryption: All data is encrypted at rest using AES-256 and in transit using TLS 1.3
  • OAuth 2.0: Social media connections use secure OAuth tokens — we never store your passwords
  • Secure Infrastructure: Our servers are hosted on Vercel with enterprise-grade security
  • Access Controls: Strict internal access controls limit who can access user data
  • Regular Audits: We conduct regular security assessments and vulnerability scans

5. Data Storage and Retention

Generated Content: Videos and associated assets are stored for 90 days on active accounts. You can download or delete your content at any time from your dashboard.

Account Data: Personal information is retained as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we remove your personal data within 30 days, except where legal obligations require longer retention.

Voice Samples: Voice cloning samples are deleted immediately upon account deletion or when you disable the voice cloning feature.

6. Data Sharing and Third Parties

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We only share data with:

  • AI Service Providers: OpenAI (script generation), ElevenLabs (voice synthesis), Kling AI / Wan / Flux.1 (visual generation) — only the minimum necessary data is shared
  • Payment Processors: Secure payment providers for subscription billing
  • Infrastructure Providers: Vercel (hosting) and Supabase (database/authentication)
  • Legal Requirements: When required by law, regulation, or legal process

7. GDPR Compliance (EU Users)

If you are located in the European Union, you have the following rights under GDPR:

  • Right to Access: Request a copy of your personal data
  • Right to Rectification: Correct inaccurate or incomplete data
  • Right to Erasure: Request deletion of your personal data
  • Right to Restrict Processing: Limit how we use your data
