AInfluencer is an AI-powered platform that generates video content for services including TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook Reels, and YouTube Shorts. It uses artificial intelligence to create scripts, voiceovers, and visuals based on user-selected niches and preferences.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for keeping account credentials confidential and for activity under your account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete account information
  • Notify us immediately of unauthorized account use
  • Log out at the end of each session
  • Never share account credentials with third parties

4. Subscription and Payments

AInfluencer offers free and paid plans. By subscribing, you agree to:

You may cancel through your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

  • Pay the fees shown on the Pricing page
  • Provide valid payment information
  • Accept automatic renewal unless cancelled
  • Understand that refunds are handled case by case

5. Content Ownership and License

You retain rights to original content you provide. With an active subscription and compliance with these terms, you receive a commercial license to use, modify, distribute, and monetize generated content. Free-plan videos include an AInfluencer watermark and are for personal use only.

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to generate, publish, or distribute content that:

  • Violates laws or regulations
  • Infringes intellectual property rights
  • Contains hate speech, harassment, or discrimination
  • Promotes violence, terrorism, or illegal activity
  • Contains sexually explicit or pornographic material
  • Impersonates a person or entity without authorization
  • Spreads misinformation intended to deceive or harm
  • Violates a connected social platform's terms

7. Social Media Platform Compliance

You are responsible for ensuring published content complies with the terms of TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other connected services. AInfluencer provides creation and publishing tools but does not guarantee platform approval.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without express or implied warranties. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free operation, or specific growth, engagement, or revenue results.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AInfluencer and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill related to use of the Platform.

10. Modifications to Terms

We may modify these terms. We will notify users of significant changes by email or through the Platform. Continuing to use the Platform after changes means you accept the updated terms.
