By accessing or using AInfluencer (“the Platform”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the service.

2. Description of Service

AInfluencer is an AI-powered platform that generates video content for social media platforms including but not limited to TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook Reels, and YouTube Shorts. The Platform uses artificial intelligence to create scripts, voiceovers, and visual content based on user-selected niches and preferences.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Platform, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information when creating your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
  • Ensure that you log out from your account at the end of each session
  • Not share your account credentials with any third party

4. Subscription and Payments

AInfluencer offers both free and paid subscription plans. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to:

  • Pay all applicable fees as described on the Pricing page
  • Provide valid payment information
  • Accept that subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
  • Understand that refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.

5. Content Ownership and License

Your Content: You retain all ownership rights to any original content you provide to the Platform, including your brand name, logo, and custom voice samples.

Generated Content: Subject to your active subscription and compliance with these terms, you are granted a full commercial license to use, modify, distribute, and monetize all AI-generated content created through the Platform.

Free Tier: Videos generated on the free plan include an AInfluencer watermark and are licensed for personal use only. Commercial use requires a paid subscription.

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Platform to generate, publish, or distribute content that:

  • Violates any applicable law or regulation
  • Infringes on intellectual property rights of others
  • Contains hate speech, harassment, or discrimination
  • Promotes violence, terrorism, or illegal activities
  • Contains sexually explicit or pornographic material
  • Impersonates any person or entity without authorization
  • Spreads misinformation intended to deceive or harm
  • Violates the terms of service of any social media platform

7. Social Media Platform Compliance

You are responsible for ensuring that content published through the Platform complies with the terms of service of TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and any other platforms you connect. AInfluencer provides tools for content creation and publishing but does not guarantee platform approval.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. We do not guarantee any specific results from using the Platform, including but not limited to follower growth, engagement rates, or revenue generation.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AInfluencer and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Platform.

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
